hi welcome back to scripture explorers, i'm james and i'm arya and we're the, scripture explorers, [Music], whoa, there are so many stars up there, are you looking at the stars james, yes it's amazing, i want to turn, i feel like i can see to the end of the, universe, it's incredible to think that heavenly, father created all of that, every single star you can see, and it reminds me of just how small we, are that can be a valuable lesson like, the lesson god taught job, who's job, job was a good man who had been very, blessed by heavenly father he had, everything he could have asked for land, animals wealth and especially a, beautiful family, job was grateful for all he had and was, faithful to the lord, satan claimed that the only reason job, loved god was because of all he'd been, given so heavenly father allowed job to, be tried to have many bad things happen, to him in order to test his faith, first his animals were stolen and a fire, destroyed his property then the, unthinkable happened a storm caused a, house to collapse and kill all 10 of his, children, all of them, everyone but even though job was very, sad he was still faithful and even, grateful, when most people would have been angry, at god job said that once god had given, him a lot now god had taken those things, away but job still blessed his name, then things got even worse for job, how could they get worse, joe became very sick he got painful, sores all over his body, a healthy body had been the only thing, job had left and now that was gone too, to make it harder there were friends of, jobs who suggested that maybe he was, being punished maybe he'd done something, wrong and was suffering as a consequence, that's not fair, it wasn't his fault, that's true but sometimes we judge, people for things they're going through, without knowing their whole situation, no one could understand why job had such, trials he'd always been a good man eva, job himself didn't really understand, he still loved the lord and was grateful, for his life but he did wonder why all, this had happened to him and his family, during his worst suffering heavenly, father appeared to job, he explained that it wasn't job's place, to wonder why certain things were, happening to him, he showed to job the earth the planets, and the universe, the vast cosmos god and christ had, created, the lord wanted job to understand that, his perspective is so much larger than, ours as mortals, just like the puzzle when we learned, about queen esther, exactly like that we can't always see, the whole picture but god can, and because he can see everything, sometimes all we can do is trust in him, he sees across all the worlds and, galaxies that he created that's what he, wanted to teach job that putting our, full trust in heavenly father is the, safest thing we can do because he truly, sees all, did job ever get better, he did, when the lord showed him the universe he, was greatly humbled, he put his full trust in god without, question eventually he regained his, health his wealth his lands and was even, blessed with another 10 children, we don't always see the end of our, trials right away, some trials will even last our whole, mortal lives, but eventually we'll receive even more, than anything we may have lost, all we can do is trust heavenly father, until the end of the trial comes and, remember that he sees everything, [Music]
