hey austin tell our friends what we're, gonna draw today baby jesus yeah we're, gonna draw a picture of baby jesus, because why, because, on christmas it's jesus birthday yeah, yes it is and we understand that not, everybody believes the same thing that, we believe but that's okay because, what's the most important thing to have, fun yes to have fun but that that's what, we say all the time but the very most, important thing is to love everyone, right, yes can you say that i love everyone i, love everyone, all right you ready to draw yes we hope, you're gonna follow along with us you, got a marker and some paper you ready to, start yes let's do it now we're gonna, start by drawing his eyes we're gonna, draw right here in the middle of our, paper and we're gonna draw little, circles okay we're going to draw like, this, and one right next to it, like that we want to draw them small not, too big, yeah there you go and then one right, next to it, and then let's draw smaller circles, inside on the top right for the shiny, part in his eye so he looks friendly, yeah and then we can color in the big, circle but leave the little ones white, all right now let's give them a little, nose and we're going to draw a small u, right in between his eyes so we're going, to do it like this just a small u right, there it kind of looks like his smile, but it's his nose, okay now we're going to draw his body, and we're going to draw a big oval that, starts on the left side of his nose, comes around like this, comes back down and then back up, and, he's going to be wrapped in swaddling, clothes oh i like his body you kind of, drew skinny i like it and he's got a, little shoulder on the side, good job dude you did awesome, his shoulder just like that, now what should we draw he's dead his, head now we're going to draw the same, kind of shape but we're going to go over, the top so we'll start right here and, we're going to draw, a big it almost looks like a circle, comes around, and then back over to the other side oh, he's kind of got a big head, i like it now let's draw his ears we're, going to draw a c shape over here and a, backwards c over here on this side, yeah there you go, and one on the other side, okay now we're gonna draw him swat in, swaddling clothes what does that mean, wrecked wrapped yes wrapped blanket, around him so we're gonna draw some, curved lines on his body, like this we'll draw one that goes over, the top right here and then i'm gonna, draw another one that comes down, yeah you could do another one right, below it, and then i'm going to draw another one, and we're drawing him curved so he looks, 3d looks like he's round, and i'm going to draw another one right, down here at the bottom good job you, want to add one more little one perfect, oh he looks awesome another one right, there yeah if you want go ahead, good man oh now it's okay that our, little drawings look different right, yeah yes because tell our art friends, what the most important thing is to have, fun yes to have fun and to practice and, if you need extra time what can they do, pause the video yeah you can always, pause the video all right should we keep, going yeah now we're going to draw him, laying in a manger so what's inside of a, manger, hey yes hey so we're going to start by, drawing a zigzag line right by his ear, and we can draw a messy zigzag line, right so some of the zigzags can be big, and some can be small and we're gonna go, all the way around, his body, and we're gonna come over here to his, ear on this side oh i like your hay it's, looking awesome, yeah and then come back around you're, drawing a lot of hay and i like it so, come back around this way and then up to, his ear, you did it and he's got a lot of hay, that you know what that means what he's, super comfortable, all right now we're going to draw the, manger part and this is the part that he, slept in so we're going to draw two, lines that come out from the side of the, hay so we're going to draw one that, comes out here just short one on each, side you see that so we'll come out from, the side over here and then over here on, this side, two straight lines one on the side one, on the right, yep and one on the other side now we're, going to draw two straight lines on each, side now watch me first because yours is, a little bit longer so i'm going to come, down i'm going to use a little, overlapping but i'm going to show you, how to make it a little easier so these, two straight lines are coming down right, where the hay is but let's draw yours a, bit longer we're going to come down to, here so you draw a straight line all the, way down, and you might we might run out of room, at the bottom for the legs on our, mangers but you can actually leave yours, off so we're going to draw another, straight line that comes down to there, so we're going to try and keep your, lesson a little easier but i'll add, extra details on mine so then we can, draw a line that connects, from the left side over to the right, yeah, good now i'm going to draw this line is, going to come through and i'm going to, use overlapping look at this i'm going, underneath the hay is that cool, and then i'll connect it over here on, the side and now we need to draw the, bottom of the manger so we're going to, draw two more lines that come down a, little further, on each side and so you're going to come, down here and, down here on this side, yeah and then one let's see, and then we'll connect them you're right, down at the bottom, straight line now here it's made out of, wood so we're going to draw two more, straight lines across, go across here and i'm going to draw, another one right below that, one good, now i'm going to add the legs to my, manger but you can leave this part off, do you want to watch me yes so i'm going, to draw two diagonal lines we're going, to start right here and i'm going to, draw a diagonal and it comes down, and then another one right next to it, comes down over here, and then right here at the end i'm going, to connect these two lines, cool yeah now i'm going to draw another, one crossing the other way and we're, going to start here and we're going to, use overlapping watch this we're going, to draw a line comes over, comes across, like that there's one and then we're, going to do one more, right here and then i'm going to imagine, it going behind this one and then coming, out the back, and then we'll connect those two, now that's a little tricky but that's, why we left it off on yours so we can, keep it easy and i don't have enough, room yeah also you ran out of room, that's okay now right here i'm gonna, draw a little circle and that's for the, nail holding those two those two pieces, of wood together okay now what's our, little baby jesus missing his halo yeah, his halo so we're gonna draw another, rainbow line that goes over his head, here we go we're gonna draw right here, we're gonna go over the top of his head, and then back down, little rainbow line that goes over the, top, yes and this means he's perfect now, we're going to draw a little sunshine, coming off of his halo so we're going to, draw another zigzag we can start here, and watch this we're going to drop big, zigzag, comes around and over the top, of his head, that cool, yeah you're doing it, all the way around, he looks like a son now doesn't he yeah, good job dude we did it we finished, drawing baby jesus and he looks amazing, except we need to do one last thing what, is it color it yeah he's going to look, even better now this part we're going to, fast forward while we color them but at, the end you guys can pause the video to, match the same color you ready fast, forward, [Music], austin you did a great job on coloring, your baby jesus he turned out awesome, how old are you six yeah you're six, years old and you did a great job you, can be super proud of your drawing and, it's okay that they look
