[Music], hello everyone so today I'm gonna be, teaching you how to draw the Kansas, University logo Jayhawks I need some, lame so simply we're gonna start off, with a oval shape kinda you know just, want to give it a little don't like, looking feel like so then we're gonna do, it again, you did a little, I did I'm gonna come to this corner and, draw a triangle shape, i'ma come and draw a circle like so and, another circle, now I'm just gonna draw a you know there, don't like shape now I'm gonna carve it, up like this give it I'm gonna get, really close to the hit really close to, right here I'm just playing around wait, because basically for uh if you knew my, channel basically I learn with you so, I've not done this before and I teach, you how to start everything from basic, shapes so right now it looks nothing, like the logo but it eventually will as, you progress so I'm gonna add in a curve, squirrel a shape and then to keep the, balance of the image I'm gonna come over, here kind of leave this egg kind of, leave a space right here I'm just gonna, do a big circle right here or none to do, like shape, once I do that I'm gonna come back over, here draw another rifle well let's say, another bright light shape, like so damn I draw a circle at the top, then I hear I draw another yet again, another doe like shape and you don't say, right here to save your steps they wrong, over to another kind of square like, shape, I'm just going to add in another, addition right here, okay we're going to focus here this, section since is going to be to it, so right here and here we're gonna add, in another oh well I should this is, focused like so I'm just gonna come over, here and you just come out come out, gonna come in basically do you make it, like a L shape this kind of curve so, we're gonna do the now we're gonna make, the feathers for the head so we've got a, total of three six so we got a total of, eight after this one so I'm just going, to basically you're gonna make V shapes, to kind of overlap so they're not going, to connect here and they're going to, connect down towards one of the other, V's, and I'm not gonna do my perfect set one, two three four five six seven eight, no way you guys don't get frustrated if, mods always perfect then we're gonna, come up here you know we're just gonna, draw this line right here and I'm gonna, lose this dark eye this part and I'm, gonna come down just a little look so I, do the same here, okay, now we're gonna come here and we're just, gonna simply go up and down basically, this is gonna be the beak shape and I'm, just gonna add more to it right here, I'm gonna come down almost up I think, I've wait a little too far now, start right here on Android oval shape, it's going to be the eye, like so then you're going to come here, you can join the other over that's, touching the wall of the first oval on, the inside after you do that I'm gonna, make another V and this line right here, will be erased later on in the process, but for now we're gonna call and we're, gonna make another we're gonna make it a, bar behind so it's gonna be another, bridge shape all right what I can, reverse to your job I'm just gonna, connect it down yeah just come up make, it one, after that I'm just gonna start down the, line like so um not too much just, complete oval shape and then after I do, that I'm going to make another skinny, well the start up is gonna be a skinny, oval I'm gonna connect it here so I'm, gonna do that and then I'm a darken, partner here I'm talking this part just, to remind myself what not to erase after, I do that I'm gonna darken this part all, the way back see where we started now, I'm gonna simply you got to turn the, page, so for newcomers wo effect I'm going to, erase what I don't need it right here, just to clean up the drawing and dispute, the process for you guys and gals okay, now everything is cleaned up we're gonna, come in here and work on the mouth a, little bit, so I'm saying around here we're just, gonna make them a small over like shape, and on the edge we're just gonna come up, we'll come down a little bit and, into that tilt and then you're gonna, come up here you actually come right, here and you're just gonna come down and, that'll form the metal excuse me that, far apart in the mouth so it's not large, enough for my taste so I'm just gonna, add more right here to the tongue at all, to this that work it's close to this to, my reference material as possible then, to finish this off, I'm just gonna draw a slight bubble, right here and that's pretty much going, to be it for the head portion so now, we're gonna go I'm gonna come back and, we're gonna go to do the body okay so, now right here we're gonna make a total, of twelve little humps and then it's, gonna be a thirteenth one right here so, I'm just gonna simply curve this it's a, little bit and then I'm just gonna add, in this little arm basically upside down, we're gonna add upside down use except, for this one we're right here we're just, gonna come all the way down, I saw no looking at the reference, material gonna add this line so just, ignore this goes back in did you want to, come up higher make a valley like so, come up, and basically I'm just gonna repeat the, process to the best of my ability and I, know it is not going to look exact like, the image since it is my first time, doing this, and then down here this is a circle one, so I didn't count that I'm gonna do, another one but I'm gonna stop right, here say she'd have something looks a, little bit like this so we're gonna, quickly focus on this side so we're, basically gonna take this top part I'm, gonna darken it come in I'm gonna come, out so basically what it's saying what, we did over here and just expand it just, a little I need to because looking at, resource look looking at my reference, material, I had this too wide which is fine during, the early stages, and it I'll just simply the race Dysport, moduli need, now, we're gonna focus on the inside just a, little bit so we're gonna come to this, point right here I'm gonna zoom in to, show you two step okay so basically all, you're gonna do is do a funky looking, division like so and then you're just, gonna outline it like like so and then, it pointed out there - all right also, kind of looks like it depending on which, way you look at it same over here and so, more like a cursive W but for this one, we're gonna come out some it's just a, little do one loop two loops, three loops, and I'm gonna try to stay as close as, possible so I don't take up too much, outside loan and then point it here, okay so this is what mine looks like so, far, and you've been following me, step-by-step yours should look very, close to mine or even better than mine, so right now we're going to focus on, this area right here and we're going to, basically add in its I don't know what, it is white feathers it kind of looks, like a flame so I'm quickly gonna zoom, in okay now that we start a circle we're, gonna come right here and then make a, long rectangular shape make a little, curve and have the point going upward, and then come down and have it a curved, point going down like so now we're gonna, make the flame oh the flame has seven, points so you want to keep count so I'm, gonna go one two three four we'll come, down so five six and then I'm gonna do, seven and I'm not gonna touch, okay now that I finished the flame we're, gonna come down here and here a little, bit in focus so down here we're just, gonna add in some more use we're gonna, add in a total of four so we're just, gonna add in a little one right here a, medium-sized one here a big one a larger, one here and a really large one down, here, then we're gonna come over here and, we're gonna add in some we're all, mountain like lop sheep's so we're just, gonna add one yeah it's kind of long, then the next one it's gonna be a curved, triangle like the top and I'm gonna do, another curved triangle and do nothing, yet again another one and then one more, [Music], they should have this shape okay now, that you have this shape done and if I'm, going a little too fast I'll just you, know slow down the video pause it if you, need to I'm not trying to make these too, long but I'm not trying to make them too, short by going to quit so now we're, basically we're gonna do an end shape so, we're gonna just darken just a little, bit it is come out and then do that and, then curve it in the middle song word, then you're gonna outline it like so, there's gonna be the end, that's what looks like to me anyway I'm, just gonna raise that just a little bit, just to keep it clean for myself and if, you haven't erased this and this portion, you can go ahead and simply just get rid, of that too, so now we're gonna go back over here and, we're gonna focus on the shoe okay so, this is gonna be the left shoe because, this portion is overlapping so to get, started we're gonna add in another lump, right here and we're going to curve, upward then we're going to make another, long one and we're gonna have it, disappear right here at this corner, right here, and just fix this line a little bit so, after I did that I'm going to come down, and basically do the same thing, and disappeared, once I do that I'm gonna come to this, error below the White Fang was gonna be, white when we're done below the flame, right added to our bottle areas like so, after we do that we're gonna round off, this leg even more some just parts they, do a circle and then just come up give, it a little tilt and then just close it, off after we do that or I'll come here, make another circle add a little, triangle to it, like so, then we're gonna then I will say maybe, made way right here come down making, line and do the same right here I need, to calm down just a little bit more for, this so right here you have a little, space you just simply you just simply, close that up now we're gonna come back, to this line, and you're gonna make a square you don't, have to draw this corner unless you, really need to because this is being, covered up and have it curved a little, bit and then at the edge of the square, to have another line it's not like her, flock come out then we're going to add, in another square inside the first one, that's the first shoot and right here, almost forgot we're gonna cut that off, so this space right here is a cap so, we're just gonna leave it off how do we, do that now we're gonna go over to to, the other shoe and the steps are, basically going to be similar but, they're almost the same okay so as, earlier we we still have this one oh so, you want to come here and you want to, draw a curved a little bit excuse me a, curved square, oh no small me this video and then once, you do that the draw it again another, one we're going to edit some lumps so I, have this won't come in expand this just, a little bit and then add a third lump, that comes in like this and then like, what the other shoe I'm going to make, enough there bottom portion except this, time it's only gonna be two it's not, gonna do three, finish that off, and we're gonna come here come to this, area right here draw a circle curved, triangle who came up with these shoes, and it's kinda like a u-shape right here, we're almost done with the pencil in, portion so what I thought I'd do the, curve you don't come here and then add, another line and then I'm looking up, here and just a little mark right here, then just fix it and flush some things, out and that's it, this wasn't as difficult as I originally, thought it was gonna be, I've been wanting to do this one for a, few years there's never really got round, to it, oh now that I've assumed that out this, is what I have so far, basically when you come to the little, points at the shoe doing the outline the, the line in the middle, do not ain't that that's gonna be erased, just take a closer look at your, reference material to know which ones, you going to keep okay oh I realized, before the last cut we're not actually, done oh I have to put in the K in the U, so I'm just gonna get my trusty or ruler, out and I'm gonna do a capital K very, very simple I'm gonna have the line okay, come a little bit further down then this, portion I'm gonna have to you come along, oh I see this right here lets me know, this is a little too long so I'm just, gonna shorten that and we're gonna give, the K foot that's what that line is and, we're gonna give you the top here and, then we're gonna give a topic where, Takeda you meet and then the other type, for the other arm fit you and then we're, going to grab this part of the K so once, you've done all of that basically you're, going to outline that you've got, basically in bold it so you're just, gonna come like we've been doing so far, and just I don't do it, and what do you you want to come on the, inside there the K you wanna be very, careful so you don't touch it like so, [Music], once you do that, now we're done, so I'm gonna flip over the page and, we're gonna do the coloring portion of, it so next time you see this you can, pause the video so the next time you see, this this is all going to be inked over, okay oh this is what it looks like I'll, note that in fact that ain't it in black, this and this if I had anything in blue, would be blue so when I color is gonna, look slightly different because I, changed a lot from source Lulu from my, source material but if you liked the, video let me
